Love Box Chocolate Brownies
Nothing says “I love you” quite like chocolate!

Makes: 6 – 8
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Cooking time: 15 – 20 minutes, plus 40 minutes to set
Ingredients:
- 1 x chocolate brownie mix, storebought
For decorating:
- 200g white chocolate, melted
- 200g milk chocolate, melted
- ½ tsp pink & red gel food colouring
- heart-shaped sprinkles
- cellophane bags
- pink & red ribbon
How To Make Love Box Chocolate Brownies
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Prepare the brownie mix according to packaging instructions, pour into a square tined lined with baking paper and bake for 20 minutes, remove from the oven and allow to cool.
- Remove from the tin and place onto a wire rack until completely cooled.
- Cut the brownies into 6 equal squares, then drizzle with milk chocolate.
- Divide the white chocolate into two separate bowls, add a drop of gel food colouring into each bowl, mix well then drizzle over coloured melted chocolate, top with sprinkles and allow it to set for about 30 minutes.
- Place into cellophane bags, tie with a red or pink ribbon.
