Jammy Love Letters
Homemade with love, it can’t get any sweeter than this!

Preparation time: 12 minutes
Cooking time: 15 -20 minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
- ¼ cup strawberry or raspberry jam
- 1 egg, beaten
To serve:
- Icing sugar, for dusting
How To Make Jammy Love Letters
- Preheat oven to 180 °C, then line a tray with baking paper.
- Roll out the pastry and cut into squares.
- Place a teaspoon of jam into the centre of each square, then fold the three corners of square inward slightly overlapping to create an envelope shape.
- Press the edges gently to seal.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
