Jammy Love Letters

Homemade with love, it can’t get any sweeter than this!

Makes: 6
Preparation time: 12 minutes
Cooking time: 15 -20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • ¼ cup strawberry or raspberry jam
  • 1 egg, beaten

To serve:

  • Icing sugar, for dusting

How To Make Jammy Love Letters

  1. Preheat oven to 180 °C, then line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Roll out the pastry and cut into squares.
  3. Place a teaspoon of jam into the centre of each square, then fold the three corners of square inward slightly overlapping to create an envelope shape.
  4. Press the edges gently to seal.
  5. Brush with egg wash and bake for 15 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
