Chocolate Sauce for Brownies and Ice Cream
A delectable chocolate sauce to pour over ice cream, brownies, or any other pudding – using the must-have, all-in-one kitchen appliance, the Thermomix TM6.
Ingredients:
For the sauce:
250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), small pieces or chips/drops
40 g unsalted butter, diced
200 g milk
To serve with ice cream and/or brownies of your choice.
How To Make
- For the chocolate sauce:
- Place 250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), small pieces or callets
- Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid
- Add 40 g unsalted butter, diced
- Add 200 g milk
- Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid
- Turn speed select to speed 2
- Transfer to a warm glass jar with airtight lid (see tip), leaving approx. 5 mm gap at the top.
- Make sure that rim of jar is clean and close immediately. Use as needed.
- To assemble pour the chocolate sauce over your ice cream and/or brownies. Decorate with gold flakes.
