Chocolate Sauce for Brownies and Ice Cream

A delectable chocolate sauce to pour over ice cream, brownies, or any other pudding – using the must-have, all-in-one kitchen appliance, the Thermomix TM6.

Ingredients:

For the sauce:
250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), small pieces or chips/drops
40 g unsalted butter, diced
200 g milk
To serve with ice cream and/or brownies of your choice.

How To Make 

  1. For the chocolate sauce:
  2. Place 250 g dark chocolate (70% cocoa solids), small pieces or callets
  3. Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid
  4. Add 40 g unsalted butter, diced
  5. Add 200 g milk
  6. Insert measuring cup into mixing bowl lid
  7. Turn speed select to speed 2
  8. Transfer to a warm glass jar with airtight lid (see tip), leaving approx. 5 mm gap at the top.
  9. Make sure that rim of jar is clean and close immediately. Use as needed.
  10. To assemble pour the chocolate sauce over your ice cream and/or brownies. Decorate with gold flakes.
