- 1 – 2 Tbsp milk
To serve:

How To Make Cinnamon Knots with Coffee Glaze
- Preheat your oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the puff pastry into a rectangle.
- Brush the entire surface with the melted butter.
- In a small bowl, mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle evenly over the buttered pastry.
- Fold the pastry in half lengthwise to seal in the filling.
- Using a sharp knife or pizza cutter, slice into wide strips.
- Take each strip and twist it a few times, then tie it into a loose knot.
- If it breaks, just tuck the ends under — it’ll puff up in the oven.
- Place knots on the lined tray, spacing them out.
- Brush with bean egg and bake for 15–18 minutes, or until puffed up and golden brown.
- In a small bowl, whisk the Jacobs 3-in-1 sachet with 1 Tablespoon milk until dissolved.
- Add the icing sugar and whisk until smooth.
- If too thick, add more milk 1 teaspoon at a time until it’s pourable but not runny.
- Once the knots have cooled for about 5 minutes, drizzle with the coffee glaze.
