Citro-Soda Cranberry & Chilli Cheese Balls

When you’re planning this year’s holiday spread, keep it simple with these mouth watering Cranberry and Chilli Cheese Balls !

Ingredients:

200g creamy goats cheese
½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
1 tbsp chilli flakes
½ cup toasted pecan nuts, finely chopped
Handful fresh parsley, chopped
½ tsp salt flakes
Rosemary sprigs

Method:

Tear off pieces of the goats cheese and roll into balls.
In a plate, combine the chopped cranberries, chilli flakes, nuts, parsley and salt flakes. Roll the cheese balls into the mixture and insert a rosemary sprig as the skewer.

Place onto a platter and serve.

Chefs Tip: You can use any soft cheese that you can roll into balls for this recipe.
