Citrus Ginger Elixir & Green Matcha Mint Cooler

Nutrient-packed and made with simple ingredients that promote energy, hydration, and immune health!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 tsp matcha powder (culinary grade or ceremonial)
  • 1 cup cold filtered water
  • ½ cup coconut water (or plain water)
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • Small handful of fresh mint leaves
  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes, for serving

How To Make Green Matcha Mint Cooler

  1. In a small bowl, whisk the matcha with a splash of water to create a smooth paste.
  2. In a shaker or blender, combine matcha paste, coconut water, lime juice, mint, sweetener, and remaining water.
  3. Shake well or blend for 30 seconds.
  4. Pour over ice and garnish with extra mint leaves or lime slices.

  • 1 cup hot water (not boiling)
  • Juice of 1 orange
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • thumb size fresh ginger, grated or thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar

How To Make Citrus Ginger Elixir

  1. Steep ginger in hot water for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Strain (if preferred), then stir in citrus juices, honey, cayenne and apple cider vinegar.
  3. Drink warm or chill and serve over ice for a refreshing version.
