1/4 cup butter melted 200g sandwhiches biscuits (cappuccino flavoured) 450g cream cheese 1/2 cup amarula or Irish cream liqueur 1/3 cup castor sugar

Method:
In a bowl combine the crushed biscuits and butter, mix until well combined and fill the bottom of a lined 15 cm cake tin, for the base of the cheesecake. For the filling combine the cream cheese, sugar, liqueur and pour over the biscuit base. Allow to set it in the fridge overnight for best results.
