Clover Classic Custard and Apple pie toast

Apple pie is one of the ultimate comfort foods but have you ever had it on toast?

Serves: 2-4
Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients:

2 slices of thick sliced sourdough or bread of choice
2 apples
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
Pinch of nutmeg
Clover classic custard

Method:

In a pan over medium heat add in the diced apple and butter allow the apple to brown, followed by the sugar and spices allow to cook until the sugar dissolves. Toast the sliced bread and divide the apple filling between the two slices and serve with Clover classic custard.
