100g dark chocolate, melted 50g toasted hazelnuts, chopped 50g toasted almonds, chopped ½ cup Clover Bliss chocolate dairy dessert 1 tbsp cocoa powder
Method:
Coat a silicon mould of small shapes with the melted chocolate. Place into the fridge to set. Add the Bliss Chocolate dairy dessert to the frozen moulds and insert the chopped nuts. Drizzle with more melted chocolate and place into the freezer to set. Once set, invert the Baci out of the silicon moul and dust with cocoa powder to serve.
Chefs Tip: You can add any nuts of choice to the Baci.
