1/2 cup Cream whipped 2tbsp icing sugar 1 cup Clover Bliss Chocolate dessert 1/3 cup espresso 1/2 cup mascarpone cheese Lady finger biscuits

Method:
In a large bowl whisk the cram to stiff peaks, add in the icing sugar, mascarpone and whisk until smooth. In 2 serving glasses, place 1 /4 cup Clover chocolate, followed by a layer of the mascarpone cream filling, top with lady finger biscuits that been soaked in espresso. And repeat the layering process once more. Place in the fridge to chill and serve.
Chefs Tip: Add chocolate chips to the batter for a more chocolatey taste.
