1 pack chocolate wafer biscuits or Lady finger biscuits 1 tub mascarpone/Crème fraiche 1 tub cream cheese ½ cup castor sugar 1 tbsp vanilla essence Clover Bliss medium cream chocolate dairy dessert Chocolate truffles (or chocolate balls like Lindt or ferro rocher) Cocoa powder for dusting
Method:
Place the biscuits in the bottom of a serving dish or glass. Add a layer of Clover Bliss chocolate dessert. In a separate bowl, mix together the mascarpone, cream cheese, castor sugar and vanilla essence. Add a layer of this mixture on top then add another layer of Bliss Chocolate dessert. You can add as many layers as you can fit into your glass or serving dish. Top with chocolate truffles and a dusting of cocoa powder.
