Clover Classic Custard Festive Bundt Cake

The holidays taste even better with sweet treats around! A Christmas Bundt cake makes for a great Christmas afternoon tea addition and uses just a few ingredients.

1 box vanilla cake mix
1 cup Clover classic custard
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp vanilla essence

for the topping
Clover Classic custard
Red cherries
Rosemary sprigs


Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the cake mix in a bowl. Make a well in the centre and add in the custard, egg, oil and vanilla essence
Mix until well combined. If too dry, add a dash of milk. Pour the batter into a greased bundt cake tin and bake for 45-50 minutes, or unti a skewer comes out clean.
Once cooled, drizzle over Clover Classic custard and garnish.
