1 tub vanilla ice cream (e.g tin roof, straciatella) 1 tub chocolate ice cream Clover Bliss Medium cream chocolate diary dessert 1 chocolate cake, sliced into rounds 1 cup caramel sauce Popcorn
Method:
Grease and line a springform cake tin with clingfilm. Add a layer of ice cream to the bottom of the tin and top with a layer of cake. Layer with another layer of different flavoured ice cream and pour over the Bliss chocolate dessert. Freeze until set then add another cake and ice cream layer and freeze. Pour over the Bliss dessert and top with popcorn. Drizzle over the caramel and serve before the ice cream melts.
Chefs Tip: Add chocolate chips or even layers of cream cheese for the ultimate decadence.
