Clover Bliss Dessert Chocolate Cremeux

A decadent dessert ready in a flash!

Ingredients:

200ml double cream
150ml Clover Bliss Medium Cream chocolate diary dessert
100g dark chocolate, melted
Garnish with fresh mint and chopped chocolate

Method:

Place the cream and Clover Bliss Chocolate dessert into a mixing bowl and beat together until combined. Temper the melted chocolate, by adding a little bit of the Bliss and cream mixture to the melted chooclate. Fold everything together

Place into dish and set in fridge. Serve when set.

Chefs Tip: This Classic French cream’s base ingredients is traditionally cream and eggs but we’re showing you a cheat method to get the same result!
