1 1/2 cups flour 1/3 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder Pinch of salt ½ cup butter 60ml Clover Bliss Yoghurt double cream yoghurt, Red velvet flavor 1 cup sugar 1 large egg 1 tsp red food colouring 1 tsp vanilla essence Icing sugar for dusting
For the glaze 1 cup Clover Bliss Double cream yoghurt, red velvet flavor ½ cup icing sugar
Method:
In a large bowl, mix together the flour, cocoa powder, salt and baking powder. In a separate bowl, cream together the butter and sugar and once creamed, add in the Bliss double cream yoghurt, egg, vanilla essence and food colouring. Gently fold the Bliss mixture into the flour mixture until a dough starts to form, wrap up and refrigerate for a few minutes.
Preheat the oven to 190C Break off pieces of the dough and roll the dough balls into the icing sugar. Place onto a greased and lined baking tray and bake for 10 minutes. Allow to cool and dust with icing sugar
Mix together the ingredients for the glaze and drizzle over the cookies
Chefs Tip: You can make a big batch of the cookie dough, freeze it and use it when you are in need of a treat
