Clover Bliss Red Velvet Easter Cheesecake

If you’re a fan of red velvet, then we’ve just discovered your new favourite dessert – a Bliss Red Velvet Easter Cheesecake.

Serves: 6-8
Time: 15 minutes


2 packs biscuits of choice, crushed
½ cup butter, melted
2 tubs cream cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1 cup castor sugar
1 cup Clover Bliss Double Cream yoghurt, Red Velvet flavor
1 tsp vanilla essence
1 cup speckled eggs, roughly chopped

For the topping
1 cup cream, whipped with 2 tsp icing sugar
Speckled eggs
Candy Coated easter eggs, broken into pieces
Icing sugar for dusting


In a large mixing bowl, combine crushed biscuits and melted butter and press into the base of a greased springform tin

In a separate mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, castor sugar, Bliss yoghurt and vanilla essence. Mix together with an electric beater until well combined. Stir in the speckled eggs.

Pour the cheesecake filling on top of the biscuit base and chill in fridge until set.
Serve with whipped cream and garnish with Easter eggs and icing sugar.

Chefs Tip:You can add as many Easter egg toppings to make it an Easter celebration cake
