
Woolworths Easter Entertaining Platter
From starters and snacks to picnics and platters these quick, easy, and delicious deli heroes from Woolies will have everyone coming back for more.

Ingredients:
Pickled fish mini pitas
12 Woolies mini pitas, toasted
500g Woolies hake pickled fish
520g crunchy Asian style slaw
Labneh dippers
2 x 150g Labneh
65g linseed & smoked paprika sukkah
100g sesame seed breadsticks
Easy baked camembert
125g Woolies traditional camembert
1 clove of garlic, sliced
2T olive oil
3T onion marmelade
150g caramelised onion squares
Method:
1. For the pickled fish mini pitas, serve the pickled fish with the toasted mini pitas as prepared Asian style slaw and let your guests build their own mini pitas.
2. For the labneh dippers, spoon you labneh into serving dishes and sprinkle over the linseed and paprika dukkah before serving with sesame seed breadsticks.
3. For the easy baked camembert, place the camembert into a serving dish that would nestle the cheese, cut slits into the cheese and add the sliced garlic into the slits. Drizzle over the olive oil and bake for 20 minutes in an oven preheated to 170C. Once baked spoon over the onion marmalade and serve with caramelised onion squares.
