1-2 bagels, sliced in half Clover Butro 200g cooked, leftover roast chicken, shredded ½ red onion, chopped Handful fresh parsley, chopped ½ cup cream cheese ½ cup sauce of choice (hot sauce or mayo) 1 cup cheese of choice, grated
Method:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, onion, parsley, cream cheese and sauce of choice. Spread a generous layer of Clover Butro onto the bagels and top with the chicken mixture. Add the cheese and place into a microwave for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is melted. Alternatively, place into an airfryer for 5 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve warm.
