Mac & Cheese
Easy and quick to make delicious a creamy, cheesy, mac and cheese.

500g macaroni pasta, cooked
400g cheddar cheese, grated
1 Tbsp mustard
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tomato, sliced
salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Add the eggs, milk, cream, milk, mustard, oregano, salt and pepper into a mixing bowl and whisk to combine.
Add half the cheese and combine.
Add the cooked macaroni to a large ovenproof dish and pour some the egg mixture over the macaroni and mix in using a spoon.
Top with the remaining cheese and sliced tomato and place into the oven to bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the egg mixture has set.
Serve with a side salad.
Chefs Tip: For an extra crunchy topping, combine ½ cup of bread crumbs with the cheese topping.
