Clover Butro Chicken Tantuni

A favourite Turkish street food, Tantuni is a type of kebab served with wraps or bread.

Serves: 3-4
Time: 20 minutes
Recipe by: Monicia Horne

Ingredients:

For the chicken
2-3 chicken breasts, cut into cubes
salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp smoked paprika
2 tbsp Butro, melted

For the bread
300g ready made bread douch
Clover Butro

For assembling
1 red onion, thinly sliced
handful fresh min, chopped
handful fresh coriander, chopped
1 tsp sumac
Mix together for tantuni

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Roll the bread dough into hotdog shapes and place onto a baking tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until baked through and allow to cool.

Prepare the chicken by seasoning with salt, pepper and paprika . Heat a tablespoon of Clover Butro in a saucepan and cook the chicken until cooked through

Slice bread rolls and toast in a dry pan. Spread with Clover Butro and assemble with the onion mixture, top with chicken and serve

Chefs Tip: Melting the Butro to cook the chicken gives it a buttery flavour and spreading the goodness of dairy on the homemade bread rolls makes this sandwich even better
