Clover Cheese and Corn Bites

Oozing with the Elite quality, taste and texture of Clover Cheese.

Serves: 3-4
Time: 20 minutes


3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour + 1 cup
2 cups corn kernels, liquid drained
1 tsp garlic powder
2 tbsp mayo
½ cup milk
1 cup Clover Tussers cheese, grated
1 cup Clover Cheddar cheese, grated
1 large egg
Salt and pepper to taste


Preheat the oven to 180C
Melt the butter in a saucepan and scatter over the 2 tablespoons of flour. Whisk and cook for a minute to cook out the flour. Add in the corn kernels, garlic powder and mayo and mix together. Gradually add in the milk and stir in half cup of each Tussers and Cheddar.

Cook until thickened then stir in the rest of the flour and the egg. Scoop the corn mixture into a greased muffin tray bake in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Allow to cool until set. Turn out and serve with sauce of choice.

Chefs Tip: Need a little kick? Add a hint of chili to the mix!
