Clover Super M Protein Pancakes

There is always time to have a Gap Filla with your favourite Super M

For the pancake:
½ cup pancake mix
½ cup Super M vanilla flavoured
2 tbsp protein powder/ whey powder
1 tbsp honey
2 tbsp dark chocolate chips

For the sauce:
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ cup cream
4 tbsp honey


In a bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, super m, protein powder, honey and chocolate chips. Prepare two ramekins and then divide the mixture between the ramekins. And cook in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. Make the sauce by combining all the ingredients in a sauce pan, heat over low heat until all the ingredients are well combined and smooth. You may add a bit of water if the sauce is too thick. Once the pancakes come out the microwave, drizzle over the sauce. Serve warm.

Chefs Tip:For a crunchy texture, add some chopped nuts and serve them with a nut butter of your choice
