Ingredients:
3 tbsp olive oil Lean Beef Mince 1kg Salted Nacho Chips 250g Mild Chunky Salsa 400g Grated Mature Cheddar Cheese 250g Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
In a medium pot, heat up 3 tbsp olive oil, add mince and cook for approx. 4 minutes – until mince has browned. Add salsa and mix through. Let it simmer for 20 – 25 minutes. Season the mince with salt and pepper and take it off the heat. Scatter nacho chips on a platter and add mince mix on top. Add guacamole dollops, garnish with cheese and enjoy!
Chefs Tip: Use only 500g of the lean mince for the recipe, and freeze the rest for next time!
