2 tbsp Clover Classic Fat spread 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 tbsp ginger, chopped 2 tbsp tomato paste 2 spring onions, chopped 1 cup bell peppers, chopped ¼ cup soy sauce 1 tbsp hoisin sauce 1 cup cream 1 tbsp chilli flakes ½ cup parmesan cheese Handful fresh parsley, chopped 1-2 packs instant ramen noodles, cooked
Method:
Melt the Clover Classic fat spread in a large saucepan. Add in the garlic, ginger and tomato paste, give it a stir and cook for a minute. Add in the peppers and spring onion and stir for another minute. Pour in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chilli flakes and cream and allow to simmer for a minute, then stir in the parmesan cheese, half of the chopped and ramen noodles. Mix to combine and serve with a garnish of parsley.
