2 cups Clover Classic Custard 1 pack crushed biscuits Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1 cup double cream 1 cup cream cheese 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 tbsp icing sugar
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, whip together the Clover Classic custard, double cream, cream cheese and icing sugar. Fold in the lemon juice and zest as well as the vanilla essence.
Place crushed biscuits into the base of a serving glass, top with the Custard lemon cream filling and serve.
Chefs Tip: You can premake the filling using an electric beater and store in the fridge until ready to use. Alternatively, whisk everything by hand with a whisk.
