2 cups Clover Classic custard 1 cup double thick cream 2 tsp icing sugar 1 nectarine or peach, sliced
Method:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the Clover Classic custard, double cream and icing sugar. Whisk or use an electric beater to mix until well combined.
Layer custard mousse in a serving glass along with fruit slices, top with more custard mousse and allow to set in fridge. When ready to serve, top with more sliced fruit.
