Clover Classic Mzansi-Style Sheet Pan Pizza
An all-in-one pan pizza with true South African flavour!
1 Cup plain yoghurt
240g self-raising flour
2 Tbsp Clover Classic fat spread, melted
pinch of salt
1 ½ Cups mozzarella, grated
1/3 Cup sliced biltong
¼ Cup piquanté peppers, roughly chopped
1 disc feta, crumbled
1-2 tsp biltong spice (optional)
Heat a sheet pan in a preheated oven at 220°C.
Mix the yoghurt, Clover classic fat spread and flour until a rough dough forms.
Turn the dough out onto a clean work surface and knead until smooth, dusting with flour if necessary.
Use a rolling pin to roll out the base according to the sheet pan size. Make sure the underside of the base is well coated with flour. Place the dough on the preheated sheet pan.
Spoon over the tomato sauce and top with the toppings. Bake until golden and cheese has melted and started to bubble, about 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven, then use a spatula remove the pizza from the sheetpan. Place on a board, slice up and serve.
Chefs Tip: Play around with the toppings! Add avo instead of the biltong for a vegetarian version.
