2 tbsp olive oil 1 large rump or sirloin steak Salt and pepper 300g Tender stem broccoli 100g brown mushrooms, halved
For the Classic dressing 1 cup Clover Classic dairy snack, plain flavor 1 tsp garlic powder 1 jalapeno, diced Handful fresh coriander, chopped Handful fresh parsley, chopped Squeeze of fresh lemon Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Heat a skillet until hot and add in the olive oil. Season steak and sear until browned on all sides. Cook steak to your liking, remove from the pan to allow to rest. Add the broccoli and mushrooms to the pan and season. Cook for a few minutes in the hot pan until charred and mushrooms browned.
Mix together the ingredients for the Classic dressing. Slice the steak and arrange on serving platter with broccoli and mushrooms. Pour over the left over cooking juices and drizzle with the classic spicy dressing to serve.
