This flavorful stir fry chicken dish with its Asian inspiration takes less than 20 minutes to create will have everyone coming back for a second helping.
300g chicken breast cut into strips 1/2 red pepper sliced 3tbsp fresh garlic and ginger paste 2 tbsp Clover classic fat spread 250 ml of your favourite stir fry sauce
For Serving: Egg noodles cooked according to packaging instruction
Method:
In a bowl allow the chicken strips to marinate in the stir fry sauce, this will ensure the chicken stays tender and flavourful. In a large wok/pan, add the Clover classic fat spread and allow to melt. Fry off the garlic ginger paste until fragrant, add in the red pepper and fry until almost cooked. Add in the chicken and cook all the way through. Serve hot with egg noodles.
Chefs Tip: When making a stir fry do not overcook your veggies, you want to be quick so that the dish has texture.
