Clover Classic Thando's Biltong Salad

We all have that favorite side salad for a braai or even just a midweek lunch – but the variety out there can get a little confusing! Its best to stick to the classics – the ones the family will rave about and Thando is here to show us why her Classic Mzanzi flavoured Biltong pasta salad will have people talking!

Serves: 3-4

For the pasta
3 cups fusilli or pasta screws, cooked
½ red bell pepper, chopped
½ yellow pepper, chopped
½ red onion, chopped
1 cup corn kernels, drained
1 cup biltong, thinly sliced
Feta cheese, for crumbling
Handful fresh parsley, chopped

For the dressing
¼ cup sundried tomatoes, finely chopped
1 cup Clover Classic mayo, 2
¼ cup sweet chilli sauce
Salt and pepper to taste


Add the pasta ingredients to a bowl. In a small bowl, mix together the dressing ingredients and season to your taste.
Pour the dressing over the pasta and toss together.
Add to serving dish, crumble over the feta and garnish with parsley to serve.

Chefs Tip:

You can include other meat options like smoked chicken, smokey bacon bits – make it your own! 

Use different colours of bell peppers for a taste and colour explosion
