4 chicken breast fillets, cubed 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tbsp dried mixed herbs Salt and pepper to taste 1 cup seasoned flour 2 eggs, beaten 1 cup seasoned bread crumbs Oil for shallow frying 1 ½ cup sauce of choice (Hot sauce optional) 1 cup Clover Tussers cheese, grated Small tortilla wraps

Method:
Place the cubed chicken into a bowl and season with garlic powder, mixed herbs, salt and pepper. Toss the seasoned chicken into the seasoned flour, then the egg and then the breadcrumbs. Shallow fry until cooked through. Place the cooked chicken into a bowl along with sauce and followed by cheese. Place onto a tortilla wrap, along with more sauce and Clover cheese and serve
Chefs Tip: You can also add some chopped veg to the filling – like a slaw for some crunch.
