Clover Elite cheese marinated feta and zucchini kebabs

If you are sticking to the new year, new you concept, the marinated feta and zucchini kebabs, perfect for a healthy work lunch or for the braai this weekend.

3 discs Clover Elite Feta, cubed
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
2 tbsp olive oil
Juice and zest of 1 lemon
2 large zucchini, shaved into ribbons
honey for drizzling
skewer sticks


In a small bowl, combine the garlic, oregano, chilli flakes, olive oil, juice and zest of lemon. Add in the feta and mix to combine, ensuring each feta cube is coated.
Roll a cub of feta up with a zucchini ribbon and skewer 3 pieces onto a skewer stick.

Grill on the braai or in a pan until slightly charred and drizzle with honey for serving.

Chefs Tip: You can add any other ingredients to the filling, like mixed herbs, onion etc. but don’t omit the cheese!
