Clover Fresh Milk Stuffed Pasta

Thanks to the Moo freshness of Clover Fresh milk, every day is a day to enjoy milk and even more reason to share our love for it on World Milk day. Its a great source of nutrition and its so versatile to use and enjoy in various ways – the best has got to be with creamy pasta dishes.

For the sauce
3 tbsp butter
¼ cup flour
3 cups Clover Fresh milk
1/3 cup Mozzarella
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

For the pasta
350g large pasta shells, cooked
2 rotisserie chicken fillets, shredded
200g cream cheese, softened
2 cups baby spinach, wilted
1 tbsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
300ml Tomato Pasta sauce
2 cups grated cheese


Preheat the oven to 180C
Place the shredded chicken, cream cheese, baby spinach, mixed herbs and garlic powder into a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and mix to combine. Stuff the pasta shells with the mixture.
Pour the tomato pasta sauce into the bottom of a baking dish.
Place the stuffed pasta shells on top.

To make the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan and sprinkle over the flour. Allow to cook for a minute then gradually pour in the Clover Fresh milk. Stir in the garlic powder and paprika and once the sauce has slightly thickened, stir in the cheese.

Pour the sauce over the stuffed shells and scatter over grated cheese. Bake for 20-25 minutes and serve warm.

Chefs Tip:This dish is perfect inspiration for those mid week meals and what better way to commemorate World milk day.
