Clover Fruits of the Forest Berry Puffs
With Asian cuisine being one of the healthiest cuisines worldwide, this recipe not only features the tastes of Asia, but it also serves as a unique way to prepare a favourite.

Ingredients:
1 sheet puff pastry, cut into long strips
foil strips, rolled up
1 cup cream cheese
½ cup cream, whipped
¼ cup honey or pmaple syrup
1 cup Fruits of the Forest, mixed berry flavour
1 cup mixed berries, chopped
Icing sugar for dusting
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C
Roll up the foil strips creating small logs. Grease them by brushing a thin layer of oil or baking spray. Wrap the pastry around the foil, creating a pastry shell so that you can add filling once baked. Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until golden.
To make the filling, add the cream cheese, cream and honey to bowl and beat until combined. Fold in the Fruit of the forest and mixed berries. Once the pastry has cooled, pipe in the filling, drizzle with more honey or maple syrup and dust with icing sugar.
