Clover Fruits of the Forest Berry Vol-Au-Vents

Bursting with flavour, these are the perfect picnic or tea time treat.

1 sheet puff pastry
egg wash
½ cup Fruits of the Forest, Mixed berry flavour
200g smooth cottage cheese
100g cream cheese, plain flavour
1 tbso honey
Fresh berries for topping
Icing sugar for dusting



Preheat the oven to 180C.
Place the puff pastry onto a floured surface. Cut out rounds and using a smaller cookie cutter, make a small hole, without removing the smaller hole.
Place onto a baking sheet, brush with egg wash and bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, beat together the cottage cheese, Fruits of the forest, cream cheese and honey. Once the vol-au-vents are baked, remove the centres. Add filling to the centres, top with berries and dust with icing sugar before serving.
