Clover Fruits of the Forest Breakfast Bark

A cold, creamy and sweet breakfast snack!

Serves: 3-4
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups Fruits of the Forest, Strawberry and cranberry flavour
½ cup white chocolate, melted
½ cup dried cranberries, chopped
½ cup toasted almonds, chopped
Toasted coconut flakes for garnish
Melted white chocolate for garnish

Method:

Line a baking try with baking paper. Pour the Fruit of the Forest onto the sheet and spread out. Pour the melted white chocolate on top and swirl into the Fruits of the forest. Scatter over the dried cranberries and almonds. Place into the fridge to set.

Once set, cut up into pieces and garnish with more melted chocolate and toasted coconut flakes

Chefs Tip: You can use any Fruits of the Forest flavour you prefer
