For the base 3 cups muesli ¼ cup coconut oil, melted 3 tbsp honey/maple syrup 1 egg, beaten
For the dome 1 kg Fruits of the Forest with cereal, any flavor 1 cup trail mix Honey or maple syrup for drizzling
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C. Combine the muesli, coconut oil, honey and egg in a large mixing bowl. Place onto a floured surface and cut out rounds, that match the base of the dome shaped silicone mold. Place onto a greased baking sheet. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
Place a spoonful of trailmix at the bottom of the dome mold. Fill the dome with Fruits of the forest dairy snack and cover with the muesli biscuit base. Freeze until set and drizzle with honey when ready for serving.
Chefs Tip: You can use any Fruits of the Forest flavour for the filling.
