2 -3 tbsp garlic butter 1 ½ cups milk 3 large eggs 1 ½ cup self raising flour 1 tbsp chives, chopped 2 tsp thyme leaves 1 tsp garlic powder Salt and pepper to taste ½ cup grated parmesan
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C. place a muffin tin into the oven. In a large bowl, whisk together the milk and eggs until frothy. Whisk in the flour, chives, thyme leaves, garlic powder, parmesan, salt and pepper.
Generously grease the muffin tin with the garlic butter and pour in the batter until halfway filled. Top with a little more parmesan cheese. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Serve with a refreshing Krush juice.
Chefs Tip: If you don’t have parmesan, you can use another strong cheese.
