Clover Fruits of the Forest Breakfast Parfait

A Breakfast Parfaits offer a tasty twist on the regular bowl of granola and perfect for any brunch this weekend.

1 cup sliced strawberries
1 cup blueberries and blackberries (optional)
¼ cup brown sugar
1-2 tbso water
2 cups Clover Fruits of the Forest, strawberry and cranberry flavour
1 cup granola


Make a berry coulis by combining the blueberries and balckberries if using with the brown sugar in a saucepan. Add a dash of water and cook until thickened and set aside.

Assemble the parfait by adding granola to the bottom of a serving glass and top with Fruits of the Forest, berry coulis and sliced strawberries. Continue layering and garnish as desired.
