Thermomix Broccoli, Red Pepper, Pine Nuts Salad

Get plenty body boosting ingredients full of nutrients, antioxidants and more with this broccoli, red pepper and pine nut salad!

Serves: 2-4
Time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

300 g broccoli, divided into florets
1 red pepper (approx. 150 g), deseeded and cut in pieces
1 apple (approx. 100 g), cut in quarters
30 g pine nuts or 30 g sunflower seeds
25 g olive oil
15 g fruit vinegar or 15 g white balsamic vinegar
1 tsp honey
1 ½ tsp mustard
1 tsp salt or 1 tsp herb salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
