Clover Go Nuts Breakfast Bowl

When it comes to this much loved staple, some of our fond memories takes us back to something as simple as a peanut butter sandwich with a cup of tea or coffee. And if you’re the breakfast type – then you’re going to love our Clover Go Nuts Breakfast Bowl.

 

Ingredients:

2 cups cooked oats
2 tbsp Clover Go nuts smooth peanut butter
¼ cup milk
1 banana, sliced
1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced
¼ cup peanuts, toasted and chopped
Honey or maple syrup for topping

Method:

Warm the oats in a small sauce pan with the milk and stir through the Go Nuts Peanut butter. Once mixed, remove from the heat and scoop the oats into a bowl. When slightly cooled, neatly arrange the banana slices on top as well as the strawberries and scatter over the chopped nuts. Drizzle with honey or maple syrup and serve.
