¾ cup self raising flour ¼ cup oats 3 tbsp cocoa powder pinch of salt 2 tbsp butter, melted 3 tbsp Bliss yoghurt, red velvet flavor 2 tsp red food colouring 1 tsp vanilla essence ½ cup brown sugar
Method:
Mix together the flour, oats, cocoa powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, Bliss yoghurt, food colouring and sugar. Add to the flour mixture, stirring just until combined and form into a dough. Chill the dough for 30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180C. Line a baking sheet and break off pieces of dough and place onto baking sheet. Press flat with a spoon or fork and bake in the oven for 9-12 minutes. Allow to cool and serve.
