Method:
In a muffin tin lined with cup cake cases equally divide the melted chocolate in the cases and allow to set in the fridge. In a blender combine the the chilled coconut cream and Banana and blend until smooth. Divide the coconut mixture equally to the chocolate lined cases and freeze for 3-4 hours. Once frozen remove from the freezer and equally divide the melted peanut butter to the cupcake mixtures and sprinkle with chopped peanut brittle set in the freezer for 10 more minutes and serve.
