One potato, two potato, three potato, many potatoes makes a wonderful meal.

Ingredients:
1kg Woolies frozen mashed potatoes 4T Woolies garlic butter 1/2 cup cream 50g parmesan cheese, grated 4 free range egg yolks Serve with Woolies beef gravy
Method:
Add your frozen potatoes to a mixing along with the butter and cream, cover with a lid and microwave in 1 minute bursts until the mash has thawed and is smooth when mixed. Preheat your oven to 180C. Add your parmesan and egg yolks and combine into the mashed potatoes before filling a piping bag fitted with a star nozzle. Pipe domes of the mash into a baking tray lined with baking paper. Place the tray in the oven to bake for 20 minutes or until the edges begin to brown slightly and the duchess potatoes are set. Remove from the tray and serve as the ultimate side with Woolies beef gravy to make it extra decadent.
