Clover Good Hope Soy Creamed Spinach

Now everyone can enjoy this South African favourite!

200g Swiss shard spinach chopped
1 medium onion finely chopped
3 cloves of garlic chopped
1/2 punnet brown mushroom sliced
1/2 cup vegan parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup Clover Good Hope Soy
1/4 cup coconut cream
Zest of 1 lemon
3 tbp oil
Salt and white pepper to taste


In a large pan heat the oil, and brown the sliced mushrooms once cooked remove and set aside. To the same pan, add in the onion and allow to brown, add in the spinach and cook until tender. Once tender and in the garlic and allow it to saute for 2 minutes. To the pan add in the Glover good Hope Soy, coconut cream and vegan cheese, season with salt and pepper and serve.

Chefs Tip: Serve it with lean protein or enjoy it on its own
