A good cranberry sauce is one of those nostalgic flavours of Christmas! It’s is used in versatile ways, whether its for a roast or something sweet, Its simply a must have!
For the glaze 1-2 cups Clover Krush, Cranberry flavour ½ cup dried cranberries, chopped 1 tbsp Dijon/Wholegrain mustard 1 tbsp honey Salt and pepper to taste
Meat of choice for glazing (pork fillet) Roast veg for serving
Method:
To make the glaze, combine the glaze ingredients in a saucepan and cook until reduced and thick. Coat the meat of choice with the glaze and roast or bake in the oven until cooked. Serve with roast veg.
