Clover Krush Cheesy Cauli Bites

Snacking is a quintessential part of the day but sometimes it’s either too high in carbs or too sugary. Our Cauliflower cheese bites are a 100% healthier snacking solution and when paired with a refreshing glass of Krush juice, you’ve got 100% goodness.

Serves: 4-5
Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups cauli rice
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 egg
1 tsp dried mixed herbs
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste

Method:

Preheat the oven to 180C
Place the cauli rice into a cloth and squeeze out excess moisture. Transfer to a bowl and combine with the cheese, egg, mixed herbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Scoop out spoonfuls of mixture into a greased mini muffin tin and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
Serve with a refreshing Krush and sauce of choice
