Clover Manhattan Lemon, Ginger and Rosemary Shot

Serves: 8-10
Time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

2 cups Clover Manhattan ice tea, lemon flavour
1 lemon, sliced
1 tbsp fresh ginger, chopped
2 sprigs rosemary

Method:

Add Clover Manhattan, 3 lemon slices and fresh ginger to a saucepan. Add in the rosemary sprig. Heat gently but do not boil. Allow to steep for a few minutes then pour into serving glasses and serve with fresh lemon slices and rosemary sprigs.

Chefs Tip: Make this over the weekend so you have stock for the new week!
