Brownie Baked oats is not only different from your regular bowl of oats, its also indulgent in a healthy way that even your lactose intolerant family or friends can enjoy, because now you can be free with lactose free.
2 bananas, mashed ½ cup nut butter 2 cups Nolac milk ¼ cup maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla essence 2 cups oats 1/4 cup cocoa powder 1 tsp baking powder ½ cup dark chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat the oven to 180C Place the mashed bananas, nut butter, Nolac milk, maple syrup and vanilla essence into a mixing bowl. Mix to combine. Add in the dry ingredients and fold in the chocolate chips. Pour the batter into a prepared baking dish and spread evenly. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool and cut into squares.
Chefs Tip: You can also add dates as a natural sweetener to the dish. Serve with Clover Nolac dairy snack for something creamy.
