Super Bowl Recipe

  • 1 Clover Sip Up, any flavour
  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • for the stewed fruit
  • 2-3 plums or any stone fruit, chopped
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • ½ cup water
  • For the topping
  • ½ cup granola
  • ¼ cup toasted seeds
  • ¼ cup toasted nuts
  • Coconut flakes (optional)

How To Make Sip Up Super Bowl

  1. Prepare the oats by placing the oats into a saucepan and add in the water, honey and cinnamon.
  2. Cook for a minute the stir in the Clover Sip Up and cook until oats are tender. The mixture must not be dry.
  3. Set aside
  4. Prepare the plum coulis by add the chopped plums to a saucepot along with the maple syrup, cinnamon and water.
  5. Cook until slightly thickened.
  6. Assemble the bowl by adding the cooked oats to a bowl ,top with stewed fruit and garnish with granola, toasted seeds, nuts and coconut flakes if using.

Chefs Tip: You could also add some a protein or collagen powder to the oat mixture.
